How do I book an appointment?


To book an appointment go to "Book Online" and click on the service of choice. A deposit is required to secure an appointment. Please confirm your appointment via email.




What if I need more than an hour?


If your appointment exceeds your selected time frame you can request additional time in increments of 30 minutes. Click the "add-ons" button or consult with your photographer to see if additional time is available.




When will my photos or video be ready?


Time frame for content completion may vary. Most photo edits can take anywhere from 1 day - 1 week and video edits may take 3 days - 2 weeks depending on work load. If you would like your content expedited you can pay for priority services in the "Add-ons" section to meet your deadline.




When does my time begin and end?


Your time begins as soon as you arrive. This includes time for makeup, hair, and wardrobe changes. This is why we express timeliness is key. For best experience please show up on time and come prepared to shoot your first look as soon as you arrive. If we exceed your scheduled time you will be responsible for covering cost for additional time. For example: You schedule a 1 hour appointment at 3:00pm - 4:00pm, and arrive 15 minutes late (grace period) you now have 45 minutes for your photoshoot. If your makeup or wardrobe takes up 30 minutes you now only have 15 minutes for photos yielding approximately 15 acceptable images. At 4:00pm your appointment is over. *If the photographer does not have additional time available you will not be able to pay for additional time. If you are expecting to be late please contact us in advance and ask if additional time is available.




What happens if I am late?


If you are expecting to be late we ask that you please contact us in advance with your real estimated time of arrival. You are allowed a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled and you will have to reschedule either same day or a new day and submit another deposit. Be mindful that there may be appointments scheduled immediately after yours and out of consideration of other clients they must start and end at scheduled time.




Are deposits refundable?


No, a deposit is set in place to secure your appointment time /date and set up preparations for your arrival. We take time very seriously to ensure fairness for all clients and upcoming appointments. Be mindful that there may be appointments booked immediately after yours and must start at the scheduled time.




How many edits come in my package?


Package deals consist of 3 premium edits. Premium edits include:

  • Body contouring or shaping
  • Wrinkle removal
  • Skin smoothing
  • Blemish removal
  • Color grading & correcting
  • Hair fly removal & fix
If you would like to purchase additional edits they are available for $25 per image and will be available in 3 days - 1 week. If you would like them expedited to 24-48hrs you can get them for $35.




How long will my photos be available in the online gallery?


All images will be uploaded to an online gallery and will be available for 90 days. You are allowed to download images and save them for yourself. If you miss the download deadline you can either purchase a USB jump drive with all images and have them mailed to you. (Photos stored up to 1 year)




Will props be provided?


If you have not planned a creative consultation or discuss props when booking you will be expected to provide them. Props are available upon request and must be purchased atleast 1 week in advance.




Can I bring additional guest to my photo session?


Yes, but we ask that you limit guest to 1-2 additional people all others will be asked to wait outside. Guest will not be photographed unless a group session is selected.




Is hair and makeup provided?


No, that is an additional service and we do not assume responsibilty for hair or makeup. If you book a glam session hair and makeup will be provided by a third party.




Can I order prints?


Yes, print packages are available separately and can be discounted with select portrait packages.




Where can I get inspiration for my photoshoot?


You can use Pinterest or Google to find ideas and poses for your photoshoot. A creative director will be available during your photoshoot to help you execute poses.




What all is included in a portrait package?

If you would like to add any additional services to your package please use "add-ons" at checkout.




Am I able to download all photos from my session?


Yes, if your package includes unlimited downloads you will be allowed to download all images from the online gallery. If your package requires licensing and release documents you will have to pay for select images.




What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?


We ask that you notify us atleast 7 days in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen; If an unexpected emergency arise you will be expected to reach out to us immediately to reschedule. If you have to cancel your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel on short notice you will be charged a $52 fee. If you do not reschedule within a prompt time frame your appointment will be canceled and you will be expected to re-book a new appointment. A $25 rescheduling fee will be applied. You will only be allowed 1 opportunity to reschedule before appointment is canceled.




Can my photos be made private?


Yes, upon your request your photos will be kept private and not shared online.




Do you take budoir or nude photos?


Yes, we do take budoir and nude portraits. Subjects must be 18 years and older and studio session must be private. Please bring a robe.




Where can I find my photos?


Photos will be uploaded to an online gallery where you can download, order prints, order edits, share with friends, family, social media and more. You will receive an email with a link to the galery. If you do not see it in your inbox please search your spam and promotions folder.




What are your payment options?


We accept All Major Credit/Debit Cards, we also accept Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App using number (713)998-1420




How do I know my appointment is confirmed?


Once you submit deposit and receive email reciept your appointment is confirmed. No deposit = No appointment.
